Welcome to the LRF HUB Oscar programme.
As we are an accredited OSCAR care provider, we seek to meet all standards in providing quality care to your child. Our policies are located at the LRF Hub entrance/foyer which you are welcome to read over.
If you are new to OSCAR at the LRF Hub we do require the following (if further details are required, we will be in touch)
1) Correct information of your child and their needs-medical, custody arrangements, special requirements
2) Phone and contact information including two emergency contacts (excluding yourself)
3) Information regarding any subsidy
4) Birth certificate / Passport to ensure the information is correct
5) Immunization records
All information provided for enrollment is kept confidential and will be stored for 3 years
When enrolling at the LRF Hub you are also agreeing to our mode of transport where applicable. Walking bus and/or van are our main forms of travel and therefor it is the understanding of the LRF Hub that you agree for these modes of transport. If alternative arrangements are required, please contact management.
Overview of costs
LRF HUB (OSCAR) must remain financially viable and therefore has the appropriate level of fee management to support financial solvency.
Out of School Hours Care – cancelations and late fees
To cancel a permanent enrolment, we require two weeks written notice.
If a child is picked up after the close of day,1 staff member will stay behind with the child and this will incur a late fee of $1 a minute. A firm adherence to the close of day must be observed unless prior arrangement has been made with management.
Parents may make changes to parent/ guardian details and child attendance by filling out a change in enrolment form-we do need two weeks notice for this.
Unless two weeks’ notice is given in writing that your child will be absent from the LRF HUB (OSCAR) program you will be charged the full fee. Staff are employed based on enrolments to ensure the appropriate ratios and care is provided. If we receive over 2 weeks written notice you will be charged 50% of the fee to save your spot on the roll for up to three weeks.
Once holiday program hours are booked there is a 100% fee charge, two weeks’ notice does not apply to this program.
Failure to notify an absence
Due to the disruption in providing safe and attentive care during our pickups, a fee of $30 will be added to your account if you fail to notify +64273435251 in advance no later than 1pm on the day of attendance. We need to know who we are picking up, who is on our roll for the afternoon and update this prior to all staff heading out to collect all children. If your child is sent home sick after 1pm or another emergency has happened after 1pm this does not apply.
We take pride in providing safe ups and ensuring your child is where they need to be, it is very important that we know if they are not coming.
Overdue accounts and WINZ subsidies
LRF HUB (OSCAR) reserves the right to charge late payment fees of:
This will be applied after one week of nil payment or contact. If payment is not sorted within 2 weeks of the care provided, the late fees will be applied.
We are now outsourcing overdue accounts, we will be sending all unpaid accounts, of one month, to a debt collection agency where all costs associated with this will be paid by you. The little red fox hub will not cover any fees or legal costs associated with reclaiming any money that is owing to us.
